The 7 Deadly Sins of Women in Leadership Programme
The 7 Deadly Sins of Women in Leadership programme and accompanying book is dedicated to the task of empowering women already exercising leadership within the church and/or the marketplace to recognise and understand what may be unique about their leadership. It is primarily focussed on promoting leadership development wherever women happen to serve as leaders. The programme aims to encourage all women to affirm what is good about their leadership, while addressing what is potentially destructive. Through the themes of education, empowerment and encouragement, the 7 Deadly Sins of Women in Leadership enables participants to identify solutions to behaviours, rehearsed knowingly and unknowingly, which effectively sabotage women's leadership and may even undermine their best intentions! The programme has been delivered in London, Birmingham and Leeds and has been a resounding success.

The programme is starting on Saturday, 21st January 2012 (running until Saturday, 12th January 2013) and will be held at Huddersfield Methodist Mission, 3 - 12 Lord Street, Huddersfield, HD1 1QA. For more information please click here.
